Jussi Parikka is Professor in Digital Aesthetics and Culture at Aarhus University where he directs the Digital Aesthetics Research Centre (DARC). He is also the founding co-director of the Environmental Media and Aesthetics research program. His most recent books are Operational Images (2023) and the co-authored Living Surfaces (2024, with Abelardo Gil-Fournier).
