Francesco Sebregondi is an architect and researcher who explores the intersections of violence, technology, and the urban condition. In 2021, he founded INDEX, an independent expertise agency based in France. INDEX investigates allegations of State violence using new imaging and information technologies. Between 2011 and 2020, he was a Researcher and Project Coordinator at the independent research agency Forensic Architecture. He lives and works in Paris.
