Parrr Geng grew up in a small town on the Yangtze River Delta and now lives in Berlin. Having studied in different disciplines and lived across multiple cultures, she is currently interested in speculative biology and world building through video games or illustrated stories. Her recent work includes visual design for The Shape of a Practice, HKW and Postrational Foundation. She has presented her works at KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Tate Liverpool and Science Museum (London). She has also published some illustrated books in China. Parrr holds a BSc. in Biological Sciences from Fudan University, a MSc. in Biochemistry from National University of Singapore, and a BA Hons. in Interaction Design Arts from London College of Communication.
